I may need to rebuild the nose wheel and rudder pulley support brace cockpit side of the firewall. It is 40# foam core, I’m having trouble locating the right density foam. Any pointers?
Thanks!

I got some from the glasair folks. They did not have the 1/4 stuff I needed. I think they only had 1/2 - it's been a while. Very nice folks, was able to order online but you can call them. I dont have a number handy but just look them up.

If you just need a small qty you might try general plastics and request a sample.

https://www.generalplastics.com/products/fr-4500

Also try Coastal Enterprises

If I need some more for something I will try them. They have everything from 2lb to 70 lb. Biggest problem will be the sheet size, the smallest they have is 20"x60". Probably going to be expensive, but so was Glasair. Shipping something that big is gonna add up. These guys also have a "request a sample". Might be an option for a small amount.

Those are the only options I have found. If you find someone who works out for you please let us know

I'm sort of central to both Glassair and General Plastics. Maybe I can save shipping and pickup.
Thanks for the pointer!
