Needle bearing seals

The flap hardware I got from Larry and the Compair flap hardware use J1812 and J1616 needle bearings but there is no seal. Granted these bearings dont have a lot of rotational load on them but they need to be lubricated.
Anyone have info on what lube? Seems to me sitting in a hot hangar for days the grease would slowing seep out and you have a big mess. Anyone out there have a flap setup with these bearings? What do you do?
I'm thinking of switching to delrin or a graphite/bronze bushings. Or perhaps one of the lube-less bearings. I cannot find a sealed bearing of any type that will fit. All have a OD much too large.
