Since I have 2 Wheelers, the wife has decreed that 2 planes are too much for one person. So, one must go.
N45WE is an Express CT with the following specs:
Complete rebuild in 2014-2015 of basic airframe. She was stripped inside and out, and everything replaced. New panel, new electrical system, new landing gear brackets, new tires/tubes, new paint, new lights inside and out, and new EFIS with A/P.
Lycoming IO-360-C1E6 with 650 hours on the engine, and 90 since top overhaul. 90 hours ago the left side case had a crack in it. The engine went to Certified engines in Opa Locka FL for case half replacement. While in the shop, all 4 cylinders were replaced and the engine was reassembled.
Prop is a Hartzell 2 blade CS. Hours change often- I fly it quite a bit.
Avionics: GRT HX 8" with AHRS and magnetometer, and will bluetooth to tablet with the GRT app, 2 axis autopilot, KX135A com/gps; Narco 12D, VOR/GS, backup instruments, Narco com panel, Narco transponder. IFR equipped. Shoot RNAV, ILS or VOR approaches. Also has GRT Engine Monitoring System.
New paint, new trim servos, new interior including lighting, wiring, flap motor, fuel system, cables, etc.
Completing the interior now. Since the pics were taken she has a new digital backup altimeter. And yes I have been flying it for a year with about half the interior in it.
