Old Forum

Post by kevin »

I havent been able to get or find or write a converter for the old file system to the new one. However, the data is still here and on this very web server. Over the next few days or so I will add a section to this forum- one topic for each section of the old website. While it is not going to be searchable by keyword, the major sections will be there as well as the headers like engines, avionics, etc where you can click to get where you want to go.

http://www.express-builder.com/old/foru ... opics.html

This is the URL to the topic page. I changed all the links to the current file location. Now, when you click on the link you WILL get an error- dont panic. Look closely at the address- after the express-builder.com add old/ to the address. It should look like this http://www.express-builder.com/old/forum/messages. I will get to changing all the links but there are literally hundreds- one for each message. For now if you need some of the old info, this is a way to get to it. Any issues, let me know by post or by email. I am gone a good bit, but I always have my laptop.

I have fixed the links on the old/forum/messages/board-topics.html page for the General section and the engine section, folder 29- almost 2500 posts there. When you click this link, and then click the General section you come to a page with topics on the left. Click on a topic and it will take you to the posts for that topic. There will also be archived links at the top of the page. I have not gotten to these links yet so when you click there you will get an error. Just like my last post, just behind the express-builder.com/ add old/ in between the express-builder.com and /forum. You will need to do this for each archive. Easy when you have done it a time or two.

Kevin,
Is the old forum still available some where? I was looking for some old post on the mods for the almunimum landing gear and rib R (I think it was).
