3" Car BI-Xenon Universal HID Projector Lens Kit ANGEL DEVIL EYE H1 H4 H7 35W AC

Search ebay for this- make sure you get the AC version of the inverter. The inverter converts the 12v aircraft power to AC and not cycled DC. Runs cooler and lasts longer. Around $100 or so.

Re: 2000 build manual

Chapter 1 was mostly how to do fiberglass work, 2 was a lot of how to use the shipping crate for a work area. When you get to installing your wings, let me know if you dont have the original template for the inside of the wing construction- the plywood cutout for the support. It is used to set the w...

Re: Fiberglass concerns

1. Delamination is due to improper construction technique- My flying Wheeler is serial number 16, flying Wheeler # 3 first flew late 92 and has around 2300 airframe hours on it. I bought it, took it apart and rebuilt it. I found no issues with the glass at all. So to answer question 1- not that I am...

Previously with just me flying, the CG was far enough forward to need a lot of trim for level flight and ...

Re: vibration issue on first flight

I flew my CT, IO360 200 HP, C/S prop 2 blade- for about 10 hours last week. I too noticed more than average vibration in the side glass during flight at appx 135 knots. Didnt notice it so much until I pulled the RPM back to around 2350 which is my preferred cruise RPM. At 6500 ft and 2350 RPM my cru...

Wheeler 2.0

After several hours of flying, I made the following mods to my Wheeler CT- Incorporated a trim tab on the right aileron- 12 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. When I had full fuel tanks it only took about 15 mins of flying to get a wing heavy and take some effort to hand fly the plane. (2) I extended ...
