What gear do you have now? The Grove gear will give you a 3200lb mtow but it wont be a simple drop in replacement.

7781 9oz available from lots of places. I have found that Aircraft Spruce usually has the best price/yd. I order the 50" wide stuff. A little easier to handle cutting. Fisker rotary cutter works well as does any quality set of scissors. I ordered peel-ply from Fiber Glast and am not happy with ...

I know my left wing is going to be heavy. So I was thinking of putting the GAP-26 pitot tube and controller out in the right wing. From everything I have read it seems the left wing location on most planes is just because "that's where it has always been". Another note said left was picked...

I found an old post from Jerry Sjostrand, that said in part, "The torque on the castle nut should be enough so it requires about 25 to 30 lbs at the rear of the fairing to move the assembly side to side" He also said he put a grease fitting in the spindle. There may be a picture in the doc...
